Welcome to Cumberland Crystal Cleaners. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they form a legally binding agreement between you (“the Client”) and Cumberland Crystal Cleaners (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Services Provided

We offer professional cleaning services including, but not limited to:
– Residential and commercial cleaning
– End of tenancy and deep cleaning
– One-off and recurring cleaning
– Specialist and bespoke cleaning solutions
– All services are subject to availability and confirmation at the time of booking.

2. Booking and Confirmation

– Bookings can be made via phone, email, or our website.
– A confirmation email or message will be sent once your booking is accepted.
– We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking for reasons including safety, access issues, or non-payment.

3. Pricing and Payments

– All prices are quoted in [$ USD] and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
– A minimum call-out charge may apply for small jobs.
– Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other agreed methods.
– Invoices are due upon receipt unless prior arrangement is made.
– Late payments may incur additional fees or result in suspended services.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

– Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
– Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged up to 50% of the service cost.
– No-shows or access denied on arrival may be charged the full fee.

5. Access and Safety

– The Client is responsible for providing safe and unrestricted access to the premises.
– Any security codes, keys, or special instructions must be clearly provided in advance.
– If our team cannot gain entry, this may be treated as a late cancellation.
– We reserve the right to refuse service if the environment is deemed unsafe.

6. Customer Satisfaction & Complaints

– If you are dissatisfied with any part of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the appointment.
– We will arrange a return visit or corrective action where appropriate.
– Refunds or discounts are at our discretion.

7. Liability and Insurance

We are fully insured for public liability and employee cover. While we take every precaution, we are not liable for:
– Pre-existing damage
– Accidental wear and tear
– Items not disclosed as fragile or high-value
– Claims for damage must be made within 48 hours of service completion, supported by evidence.

8. Cleaning Products and Equipment

– We supply our own cleaning equipment and products unless agreed otherwise.
– If the Client provides any materials, we accept no responsibility for their performance or safety.

9. Access to Pets and Personal Belongings

– Please ensure pets are secured during our visit.
– We are not responsible for lost or misplaced items unless proven to be due to negligence.

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to provide services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, illness, transport disruptions, or government restrictions.

11. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and store your information.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
